The Christmas family photos of 2018 was the last loving moment they shared. That year was also their ninth year as a couple. It was a wonderful year for the celebrity couple who also opened their mansion and invited friends to celebrate. The wife also got a brand new Range Rover Sport.
By 2019 December, there was no Christmas post, neither did they celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.
Currently, the Al-Shabab striker, Jude Ighalo and wife Sonia, have put a stop to whatever love they shared and have resorted to name-callings and ‘shading’ on social media.
Though the duo had deleted each other’s pictures from their Instagram pages in 2020 amidst divorce rumours, many were still in doubts if the marriage had crashed.
Well, Sonia let the cat out of the bag when she revealed recently that Jude had welcomed a new baby from another woman!
Sonia took to her Instagram page to share the news that her husband has a new child from another woman. She also added that this is not the first child Ighalo has from another woman, saying the former Manchester United striker has another child out of wedlock already.
Moreover, Ighalo’s wife hinted she had received her divorce papers, revealing she received an email from the court. The mother of three also claimed there are still many ‘slay queens’ still trying to get a hold of Ighalo.
They wedded in 2009.
But before Sonia revelations, many have assumed that Jude Ighalo and Lillian Esoro, Ubi Franklin’s wife were dating.
Also, some years back, there was a random lady who showed affection to Ighalo on an Instagram post. Jude Ighalo’s wife swiftly called the lady out, after noticing what the lady wrote to her husband on a social media post about their match against Zambia during a Nations Cup qualifier. The random lady, though appeared to be married with two kids, had called the football star ‘babe’. Mrs. Ighalo took a screenshot of the post and wrote; “Bitch always want to show yourself, @iamhelenbrown #shametowomanhood#olosho”. Another instance when she called out her brother in-law on social media for using their house for a party while they were away. She threatened to disrupt the planned party.

Jude Ighalo’s wife, Sonia, shared this on her Instastories and some, minutes after the footballer shared a post that read ‘You can never bring a good man down, who God has blessed no one can curse”.

Recall that Ighalo’s childhood sweetheart was once asked her challenges of getting married to a footballer. “That one is not easy o,” she responded. “Many people see us in the public as if we are always happy but they do not know what we go through inside but by the grace of God, we are pushing on.” She even took it further to explain that decisions on the moves to make. “Yes, as a wife, we need to decide together for his benefit, for the benefit of the children and for everybody because he is not single but married with three kids. So we always decide what we really want.”
