He is father of award-winning filmmaker, Jeta Amata, who is 43 years old.
Jeta’s marriage to actress, Mbong Amata crashed after eight years in 2013. The union produced an eight-year-old daughter.
Meanwhile, Zack, who was never married, had five children from five different women and he is also brother to Fred Amata.
Fred was divorced from TV personality, Agatha Amata, had an affair with actress, Ibinabo Fiberesima, the relationship crashed but produced a daughter.
