There seems to be war without end on social media between Nollywood actress Ini Edo and Instagram blogger, Gistlovers.
With the arrest of Empress Njamah’s former boyfriend, George Wade, by the Liberian Police Force and the post by Gistlovers blog that there are nude photos and videos on the culprit’s phone which would be released soon, there seems to be an unrest in Nollywood.
For actress Ini Edo, it is time to reiterate the fact that she has sowed good seeds in the industry and nobody can rubbish her image.
Taking to Instagram after Gistlovers’ post, Ini Edo stated the fact that she was out of the country for a few days only for her to return to the news that Wade has her nudes on his phone.
Then, she addressed the issue of her passport biodata page on Wade’s phone, which Gistlovers posted.
“I shouldn’t be linked with this kind of person. The only thing I remember about him was that he called me and when I asked how he got my number, he mentioned the name of a colleague in Ghana. He said he wanted to shoot a film and wanted me in it. My mistake was that I should have referred him to my management and not talking with him,” Ini Edo disclosed in a video on Instagram and also spoke with Mediaroomhub boss, Azuka Ogujuiba.
“Then, he called me again and said he wanted to hve a relationship with me, and I was angry. I told I don’t have time that I was going for a friend’s wedding. I later said I was travelling to South Africa and he said he would buy the ticket for me and that I should send my passport bio data. I became angry and blocked him.
I shouldn’t have interacted with him and referred him to my management.
I don’t have anything to do with him and anyone who has any video should go ahead and release it,” Ini Edo said.
According to Instagram blog, Gistlovers, over nine celebrities in the movie industry have their nude photos on Wade’s phone.
According to the blog, these are mainly ladies who have had affairs with the arrested Wade and whose nude photos and passport bio data pages had been sent to him when the going was good.
Currently, the arrested ex lover’s phone is said to be with the Liberian police.
Empress has previously accused Wade of domestic abuse and blackmail after their relationship went sour.
Even after her escape, Wade continued to threaten the actress. He eventually leaked her nude pictures and videos via a WhatsApp group chat in which he added blogs and several people.
