Senior pastor of Gracemade Christian Center, Seun Osigbesan, has paid tribute to his wife, actress Seun Osigbesan, as she marked her 40th birthday, highlighting her resilience during challenging times in their marriage.
Speaking during a church gathering, the cleric recounted how his wife took on the responsibility of providing for the family for several years when he had little or no income.
“Even when I did not have anything, she was consistent and never complained. She carried a lot of burden, real bills, for at least seven years and never complained,” he said.
He also shared how her words of encouragement kept him motivated during that period.
“She always tells me, ‘Baby, I believe in you, you can do it, you are a great man, you are a millionaire.’ Now she says, ‘You are a billionaire, we have crossed into billions in Jesus’ name.’ She kept speaking those words into my life, and that kept me going.”
The pastor went on to describe the extent of the hardship they faced, revealing that there was a time the family struggled to afford basic needs.
“There was a time in our family when we could not afford diapers, and she used black nylon as diapers for the children. That went on for weeks. At a point, what the family ate was pap for breakfast, pap for lunch and pap for dinner. Yet, she never complained,” he said.

“She never said, ‘What kind of man is this?’ She never made me feel like I was failing. She was just that kind of person, very tolerant and deeply supportive.
“I do not know where they made her from, but she is an amazing woman. Please help me thank her.”
The actress is widely known for her role in the popular TV series The Johnsons, produced by Rogers Ofime, which aired on Africa Magic from 2012 to 2024. She exited the show in 2022 and was later ordained as a pastor in 2023.
