Nigerian music legend Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has addressed the circumstances surrounding a confrontation with his wife, Natasha Osawuru Idibia, during a trip to London, United Kingdom.

The award-winning singer shared his reflections during an appearance on the Mic On podcast, discussing challenging moments in his personal life and career, and the lessons he has drawn from them.

A father of six, 2Baba admitted that there are situations he wishes he had handled differently, particularly during times of emotional strain and stress.

He revisited the widely reported incident in London, which allegedly led to his arrest in October 2025, acknowledging that his anger played a significant role.

“I was angry that day. It was an unfortunate incident,” he said, taking responsibility for his actions.

2Baba explained that balancing personal struggles with the pressures of public life has been difficult, noting that such experiences have reshaped how he approaches conflict.
