One of the widows of Dr Tosin Ajayi, Helen Prest, has taken to social media to apologise to his departed soul for what she and other family members made his corpse go through after his death and then, burial.
Recall that a mild drama ensued among Helen and other family members.
The graveside almost turned to a wrestling ring but for the intervention of the pastors, some concerned friends and then, Dr Ajayi’s relatives, who were said to have been at loggerheads with Helen.
The remains of the founder of First Foundation hospital were interred last Thursday At the Ebony Vaults, Ikoyi amidst drama among the deceased’s first but estranged wife, his second wife, Helen Prest-Ajayi and five older children from his first marriage to Mrs Adenike Oluyemisi Ajayi
Helen Prest-Ajayi writes:
“Saying our last goodbyes to my dearest kind, humble, wise, caring, loving, intellectually brilliant, generous, charming, fun loving husband. He was a doting father to our children, an icon in the medical field and a huge philanthropist.
Adieu ‘Doc” dearest I ‘apolo’ for everything you have been put through, but God took control to help me give you a befitting and honorable burial. You are heaven’s gain and have gone forth to meet our deceased children Taiwo and Oluwatosin junior Idowu Ajayi – rest on in peace my love. 🙏🏼✝️ “
