Former Marlian DJ, DJ Splash, has opened up about his tumultuous experiences during his time with Naira Marley’s record label.
Actress Iyabo Ojo recently paid a supportive visit to DJ Splash, who was previously signed under Naira Marley’s Marlian Records.
This visit symbolized Iyabo Ojo’s solidarity with DJ Splash in his ongoing battle against Naira Marley and Zinoleesky.
DJ Splash revealed that when he expressed his desire to pursue a singing career alongside his DJing, Naira Marley and his associates plotted against him.
This ordeal led to mental health struggles and eventually led to his eviction from his residence.
He stated, “He doesn’t provide me with financial support or food. When I decided to venture into music in addition to DJing, they conspired to tamper with my food in an attempt to make me lose my sanity. Naira and his associates planned to contaminate my food, induce madness, plant evidence on me, and then inform my mother that something was wrong with me.”
With the help of his family, DJ Splash managed to escape his challenging situation. Nevertheless, he continues to grapple with mental health issues and is currently unable to pursue employment.
