Afrobeats sensation Davido has announced a special one-night performance in London where fans will get the first live experience of his upcoming album, Oriade.
The singer revealed that the exclusive event will hold on August 11 at the O2 Forum Kentish Town, describing it as the only opportunity to hear the new project performed live before its wider release.
Sharing the announcement on his X page, Davido invited fans to be part of the milestone event.
“London! Join me on Aug. 11 at the O2 Forum Kentish Town for a very special show.
“This will be the first and only chance to hear Oriade performed live, so if you want to experience the new album before anyone else. Tickets are on sale now I’ll see you there!” he wrote.
The music star had earlier disclosed that Oriade, his sixth studio album, will be released on July 31.
Named after the Yoruba words ori (destiny) and adé (crown), the album title translates to “the crowned head” and reflects Davido’s personal and musical journey over the past 15 years.
Speaking about the project in an interview with Billboard, the singer said believing in himself has been the driving force behind his success.

“Over fifteen years ago, I decided to trust something I couldn’t fully explain. I just knew music was my destiny.
“The biggest blessings often come from betting on yourself, even when the destination isn’t in sight yet,” he said.
The 13-track album is led by the single I Know Who I Be, featuring production from South African producers Jazzwrld and GL Ceejay.
According to Davido, Oriade marks a return to the energetic African sound that first established him as one of the continent’s biggest music stars, following the release of his 2025 Billboard-charting album, 5ive.
