In a recent social media post, popular Nigerian singer and songwriter Cynthia Morgan, also known as Madrina, publicly called out her father and expressed her demand for a DNA test. She used her Instagram stories to share her thoughts and grievances regarding her father.
Cynthia Morgan revealed that her father’s favorite phrase is, “You have to take care of me so I can pray for you.” However, she expressed that she does not owe him anything, not even a WAEC certificate, and considers him to be a fraud.
She emphasized that a father who doesn’t understand his daughter’s pain is not a true father. Cynthia Morgan also mentioned that her father has been spreading lies about her to others and is even planning to speak negatively about her in the media.
In her words: “My supposed father’s favorite phrase is ‘you have to take care of your father so he can always pray for you.’ Bro, I don’t have and, by the way, I don’t owe you a WAEC certificate. And if my money is equivalent to your prayers, then you’re a fraudulent father… I always knew the part of him being a fraud, though. The reason I am finally asking for a DNA.”
She added, “A father that doesn’t know his daughter’s pain is not a father. And, by the way, I am the 5th of his 9 kids. And like I said, I don’t owe him a WAEC certificate. That’s just to cut the story short. He has been going about telling all sorts of lies about me to his family members lately, and they even said he has been trying to get on blogs. So let me put it out here for him. I want a DNA.”
