For Chioma Adeleke, the newly-wedded wife of Afrobeats star Davido, she is lucky to have a man who helps in the pursuit of her passion. She praised her husband for not only being supportive of her ambitions, but encouraging her to run with her dreams.
In an interview, Chioma Adeleke, revealed that her husband, Davido would always stir her to pursue her goals.
“David cares a lot about my dreams. I’ve faced a lot of challenges over time, but he would always ask me, ‘Chi, apart from all of this, what do you actually want to do?’ then we would have plans and have stuffs coming out in the next few months. He really cares about my personal dreams,” she said.
Her statement drew reactions from social media users.

Davido and Chioma’s white wedding took place on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at The Havana in Miami.
It was a star-studded ceremony with guests attending from all walks of life.
Recall the couple had their traditional wedding at Harbour Point, Victoria Island, Lagos, in June 2024. The event was attended by dignitaries including former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
