This is cheering news from the Sarakis.
The former President of the Senate, who is former Governor of Kwara State and the Turakin of Ilorin, Dr. Bukola Abubakar Saraki is currently in estactic mood.
His daughter, Oluwatosin Halima has made him a grandfather for the first time. She was delivered of a baby girl on Friday 29 November 2019, in a highbrow hospital in London.
Since the baby’s arrival, Saraki has become over-joyous; And his joy is being shared by his delectable wife, Toyin, (nee Ojora), a lawyer and the Founder/President Wellbeing Foundation Africa (WBFA).
The former Senate President left for London on Saturday, November 30, to see his granddaughter.
It will be recalled that in October 2017, Tosin got married to Adeniyi Olatunde Olukoya, the son of Omoba Adebola and the late Olori Olatokunbo Olukoya.
The traditional and engagement ceremony was held at the Ballroom, Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, while the white wedding took place in Abuja, FCT.
The thrill of being a first-time grandparents is not limited to the Sarakis. It is equally being experienced by their parents– the Otunba Adekunle Ojora, and his wife, Erelu Oodua, Ojuolape; and Chief (Mrs) Florence Saraki, who have also become great-grandparents for the first time.
Tosin is being assisted, in nursing the baby, by her mother, while she is also getting moral support from her husband as well. Her father left Nigeria for London on Saturday to meet his first grandchild.
