Just as many were congratulating serial entrepreneur, Toyin Lawani on her 37th birthday on Friday, Nigeria’s drag queen, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky, had sent a message to her on how to conserve her money and not waste it on birthday soiree because Toyin, he alleged, is broke.
Bobrisky, who took to Snapchat to bare his mind, didn’t mention Toyin’s name but it was obvious he tried to shade her.
The due used to be best of friends.
“Hey Bitch, we all know you are so broke. Stop wasting money you don’t have on birthday,” he wrote.
Toyin and Bobrisky parted ways a few years back. Their fight became intense when Toyin ordered the arrest of Bobrisky and he was whisked to Abuja.
Meanwhile, Toyin had flooded her social media handles with lovely photos on Friday, March 1 when she clocked 37 years old.
She also threw a party at her office complex in lagos.
Not a few celebrities took to Instagram to send shout-outs to the beautiful mum of two who has been going almost naked on Instagram of late.
Media mogul, Mo Abudu, the EbonyLife media group head saluted Toyin’s work in an Instagram post on Friday.
“Toyin dearest, you work so hard. I love your never give up spirit, your boldness, creativity and bluntness. I wish you a very happy happy birthday .
“May God bless you, grant you strength, keep you and favour you .
“We can’t wait for a third season of #Tiannahsempirerealityshow. Loads of love,” she wrote.
Mo Abudu was not alone in celebrating Toyin Lawani on her birthday.
