Its over with the whirlwind romance between Nigerian disc jockey, Dj Cuppy and Nigerian footballer, Victor Anichebe.
The celebrity pair has decided calling it quit .
Surprisingly before the crash of the union and before it was made public, speculations have been rife on this intimate affair and there were no tangible proofs on whether 28-year-old Victor and 24-year-old DJ Cuppy were dating.
But by December 2016 Cuppy granted an interview to Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on the TV programme Rubbin’ Minds.
She said, “We have been in for well over a year. This is the first time I will talk about him. I am really happy, really happy and its refreshing to be with someone who is open-minded, hardworking and understands as well.”
Victor Anichebe is a Nigerian footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Sunderland.
Meanwhile, Cuppy shared a video where she is chasing, Victor Anichebe out of their hotel room, calling him her new best friend and captioned it with, “When you are cool with your ex.”
The former lovebirds finally called it quit during their getaway in Dubai.
Moments after sharing the video, Dj Cuppy reacted on a post of her describing her ex, calling Victor a fool in her mother tongue, she wrote; ‘Issa Ode’.
