Barcelona players Dani Olmo and Pau Victor have received the green light to temporarily play for the club following a precautionary measure granted by the Spanish Sports Council (CSD) on Wednesday.
The club faced a registration setback as both players, who joined Barca in the summer, were not officially registered before the deadline at the end of last year.
They had been operating under temporary licenses since their arrival.
The CSD’s decision offers a temporary solution for Barcelona, which continues to grapple with financial constraints affecting player registrations and compliance with LaLiga regulations.
Barcelona is expected to use this opportunity to address the underlying administrative issues while ensuring the duo’s contributions on the pitch.
