Abiodun Folashade Tokunbo, wife of Nollywood actor Baba Ijesha, has opened up on her decision to keep her marriage away from the public eye.
In a post shared on Instagram, the fashion entrepreneur posted a photo collage capturing her journey with her husband over the years, expressing gratitude despite the challenges they have faced together.
Tokunbo, who is the CEO of Anjy Luminee Couture, also known as House of Luminee, said maintaining privacy is important to her peace of mind and personal life.
She stressed the importance of discretion in relationships, writing, “This right time to fly together. Privacy is peace to me”.
“Before and After. Aanu Ni!” she added.
“Oju ri! But Anu speaks.

Meanwhile, Baba Ijesha, whose real name is Olanrewaju Omiyinka, recently announced that he and Tokunbo have welcomed a baby boy.
The actor expressed appreciation for his wife, describing her as “my ever beautiful wife, strong Jagaban,” while revealing their son’s name as “King Kagar Omiyinka”.
Tokunbo also stated that the newborn is their first child together after 12 years, referencing her daughter, although the timeline of their relationship remains unverified.

She hails from Ijesha Isu in Ekiti State as the sixth daughter in a family of eight.
Her early education began at Hosanna Africa Primary School, followed by Methodist Girls High School. She later obtained a National Diploma in Banking and Finance from The Polytechnic Ibadan and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University.
Tokunbo founded her fashion brand in 2013 shortly after completing her studies at LASU.
