This is no good news at all for a marriage that lasted for over 15 years!
Currently, popular comedian, Ayo Makun aka AY, and his estranged wife, Mabel are engaged in custody battle over Ayomide, their 2-year-old daughter,
It’s been an unending bitter war and according to StellaDimokorkus blog, sources revealed that Mabel has refused AY any access to see their second child.
The couple had Ayomide 13 years after their firstborn.
According to the insider, AY has not been able to reach his second daughter since Mabel walked out of the marriage.
The comedian and father of two allegedly had an arrangement with the baby’s nanny and always made calls to the nanny’s phone to talk with his daughter whenever Mabel was out of the house.
”Mabel has refused AY to have phone or physical contact with their second daughter but once Mabel goes out the nanny will call AY to have quality time with his daughter on the phone.
On one of those times, Mabel returned home and met their daughter on the phone with AY and all hell broke loose. The nanny was sacked immediately and sent back to the village that same day. ”
According to insider sources, AY never knew about the nanny’s sack until he called again.
”When it was time to talk to his daughter again, AY called the nanny’s phone and she told him that she had been sacked and was in the village.
He ordered the nanny to return to Lagos and offered her a job in his house.
Trouble started when Mabel heard that the nanny now works for AY and she has declared war with the nanny. In fact, insiders have it that Mabel has vowed that AY would never have contact with his daughter.
The matter will now be for a judge in the court of law to grant AY visitation rights or allow him co-parent their daughter peacefully.
Moreover, there are allegations that the war between the estranged couple is now so bad and toxic that no one can intervene and talk to any of them again as the hatred between both has soared.
Their marriage broke up earlier in 2024 after 15 years (and 20 years of friendship) with allegations of cheating and contracting of Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
Mabel, on the other hand, moved out amidst allegations of starting a new relationship.
Nothing has been heard about AY and Mabel until the news of this custody battle broke.
However, one of the estranged couple has already filed for divorce and that is still in the works.
