The autopsy report for the late Nigerian boxer, Olanrewaju Segun, has confirmed that he died from sudden cardiac arrest.
Segun tragically passed away on March 30, 2025, during a boxing match in Ghana, prompting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
According to a report shared by blogger Temilola Sobola, further examination of Segun’s heart condition is required.
As a result, his body will be held for approximately two weeks before being released for burial in Nigeria.
Authorities are continuing investigations to determine if any underlying medical conditions contributed to his sudden collapse in the ring.
