Afrobeats star Asake has announced that his upcoming world tour, titled ‘In God We Trust’, will officially begin in July, with multiple international stops scheduled across Europe and North America.

The singer revealed the tour details in a recent Instagram post, where he also announced that Swazi DJ and producer Uncle Waffles will join him as a special guest on the tour.

The tour is set to begin on July 7 and will cover several major cities, including London, Paris, Atlanta, Toronto, Houston, and Miami, among others.

Born Ahmed Ololade, Asake first gained widespread attention in 2020 with his breakout single ‘Lady’. He has since become one of Afrobeats’ biggest exports, releasing three successful albums — ‘Mr Money With The Vibe’ (2022), ‘Work of Art’ (2023), and ‘Lungu Boy’ (2024).

He recently followed up with his fourth project titled ‘M$NEY’.

Over the years, the award-winning singer has earned multiple nominations and accolades, including a Grammy nomination in the Best African Music Performance category, which he lost to Tems.
