Femi Adebayo, who is an actor and also serves in Kwara State as the Special Assistant to the Governor on Arts and Culture added another feather when his movie Etiko Onigedu clinched the Best Indigenous Language Movies or TV Series – Yoruba
The category, which had his father, Adebayo Salami also nominated , saw Femi emerging the winner.
“My Dad and I were nominated for this category but he has told me to make him proud by winning this,” Femi said to the audience.
When announced winner, the hall erupted in a shout as Odunlade Adekola walked with some of colleagues to the podium.

“When it is your time to shine or when it is time for people to appreciate what you have being doing for long, NOBODY CAN BLOCK YOU,” an excited Odunlade said and prostrated to appreciate his fans who voted for him.
