Married to former widow of Jaiye Aboderin, Stella, Nollywood producer/director, Daniel Ademinokan would always be reminded of his past, at least as long as actress, Doris Simeon is alive.
He was married to Doris and they had a son, David.
Though he relocated abroad, many would recall how he left with their only son without his former wife knowing.
He took David with him and went to live with Stella, mother of two daughters (from late Jaiye Aboderin) while Doris went through pains in Nigeria.
She didn’t see her 2-year-old son again until he clocked 10 years.
Daniel, a producer who is now legally married to Jaiye Aboderin’s widow, Stella, didn’t seem ready to hand over the lad to his mum, Doris, who is currently based in the US.
According to Doris in an interview, the plan was shrouded in secrecy and she never knew where he took her son.
“He told me one day that he wanted to go and see his mother and took our only son with him. I didn’t suspect anything because they usually went out together. That was the last time I saw my then two-year-old son,” she said.
Well, all that is history now as Daniel is stuck with Stella and vice versa.
This morning, May 29,which is their wedding anniversary, he wrote on Instagram:
“Happy Anniversary to us babe. Been quite a spectacular, remarkable, memorable and ‘documentary worthy’ marriage! Through highs and lows, ups & downs, Joys & tears, late nights of fried plantain and early mornings of eba with egusi soup, here we stand!!! Thank you for being YOU!
