Known as Alaafin of Oyo’s youngest and prettiest queen, you would definitely stare at Queen Olaitan Badirat Adeyemi twice.
A graduate of the University of Ibadan, Queen Ola, who is currently observing her National Youth Service in Lagos, is not only distraught but calling on the gods to avenge all wrongs done to tarnish her image.
News filtered into town recently that the young queen was sent packing from the palace because she was allegedly dating Fuji musician, Ayinde Marshal aka KWAM1.
The news which emanated from an online portal, ESABOD has gone viral.
However, Queen Ajoke Adeyemi has stated that she was getting to know about the Dublin based blogger, Esther Aboderin, popularly called Esabod, for the first time when she dropped the distasteful rumour of her sleeping with Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, fondly called K1.
Recall that in a voice note going viral, Esabod pointedly accused the youngest wife of the Alaafin of Oyo, Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, of having sexual relationship with K1, who was installed in January 2020 as the Maiyegun of Yorubaland by the revered monarch.
Wondering why Esabod could weave such putrid lies against her, Queen Ajoke has vowed to ensure that everyone involved in spreading such falsehood against her will not go scot-free.
“I didn’t even know about her until someone called my attention to the video she (Esabod) made accusing me of infidelity and I saw so many blogs that had carried the false story.”
Claiming innocence of all accusations, Queen Ajoke, however, placed curses on herself should the rumours going viral be true about her and the respected artiste.
“May all the gods of Alaafin deal with me if I ever had sex or any untoward relationship with K1.
“I beseech the spirits of dead kings and queens to deal badly with me should the rumour be true but if the accusations aren’t true, may all the curses be that of Esabod and her offspring,” she said.
On his part, K1 has waved aside the rumours as mere distractions, claiming it was as a result of bad blood over his inauguration as Maiyegun of Yorubaland.
