Notorious London blogger, Basirat Tolulope Adeoye Olowogaba aka Abike Jagaban, has succeeded in making everyone, especially her Facebook fans and followers, believe that she is dating the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
Not only that, she has sold a dummy to them— that she will soon become a queen in Ile Ife.
Kemiashefonlovehaven gathered from reliable sources in Ile Ife and the palace that Abike Jagaban would never have her dream come true where Ooni of Ife’s harem is concerned.
“She is living in her own fool’s paradise,” palace sources revealed.
“Once upon a time, Abike Jagaban was brought to the palace by a popular female titled chief who is very close to Baba (Ooni). Baba received Abike warmly and anytime the titled chief came to Ife, she would tag along. After a while, she (Abike) started flaunting photos and videos of herself and the Ooni.”
Though there were allegations of intimacy between her and the revered king, every source debunked any rumour of intending marriage.
Sources revealed,“It can never happen. I remember when Oba Saheed Elegushi celebrated his 45th birthday in Lagos. The Ooni was invited.
Abike, thinking the monarch would propose to her at the dinner party, had dressed up in a floor-length dress awaiting the Ooni’s arrival and how he would propose to her.
“Meanwhile, the Ooni was said to have gotten a call from Oloori Maryam while he was at the party. Baba had to go to Mariam’s palce. Then, she was yet to be his wife.
However, Abike, who was anticipating a dramatic proposal, didn’t meet him at the hall! He left before she came!
“That is the reason Abike Jagaban doesn’t like Queen Mariam Ogunwusi. She believed Maryam truncated her chances of being a queen.”
Abike doesn’t hate Maryam alone. As her custom is, she has started a social media onslaught against her benefactor Princess Toyin Kolade, the Iyalaje Oodua, who brought her to the palace. In fact, Iyalaje Oodua told her point-blank that Baba (Ooni) can never marry her. She should perish the thought.”
Meanwhile, a confused Abike is running helter skelter to ensure she isn’t brought to book on the podcast shared on Facebook some weeks ago when she alleged that Oloori Sekinat Elegushi died while undergoing butt surgery!
Abike even corroborated her claim with a narrative that Queen Sekinat’s aunt told her about the ‘death’ amidst tears!
Currently a handful of legal luminaries have arisen and taken up the case against Abike.
