Priscilla Ojo has responded after Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin criticised her for attending the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon alongside her mother, Iyabo Ojo.
The latest exchange began over the weekend when Anjorin, who has had a long-running feud with Iyabo Ojo, shared a video on Instagram questioning why Priscilla accompanied her mother to the ceremony.
In the video, Anjorin alleged that Iyabo attended the event in search of financial gifts and claimed that bringing her daughter along was unusual since, according to her, other guests did not arrive with their children.
“You travelled for a party just because you needed donations, just because you are broke and poor. That is why you travelled with your daughter to the party. How many of them went to that party with their children? How many of them?” she said.
Reacting on Monday through her Instagram Stories, Priscilla did not mention Anjorin by name but made it clear that she attended the event by choice.

She stressed that she is an adult who makes her own decisions and dismissed suggestions that she followed her mother to the ceremony for any ulterior motive.
“I’m not a child. I am a wife and a mom, and I’m capable of making my own decisions,” she wrote.
“I will never go where I am not invited.
“I have been quiet about this lady because she is clearly mentally ill and I am building my case. That’s all I’ll say.”
