The 68th Annual Grammy Awards took place on Sunday, February 1, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, with South African comedian Trevor Noah hosting the ceremony for the sixth consecutive year.
The evening opened with Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande winning Best Pop/Duo Group Performance for Defying Gravity. Kehlani also celebrated her first Grammy, taking home both Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song for Folded.
In the Best African Music Performance category, South African singer Tyla triumphed over Nigerian stars Davido, Ayra Starr, and Burna Boy with her hit Push 2 Start. American superstars Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga were among the multiple winners of the night, dominating in rap and pop categories.
