First, Nollywood veteran actor, Zack Orji isn’t dead.
But then, rumours filtered into town on Tuesday that actor has passed and some online portals (not Kemiashefonlovehaven) published it.
Consequently, this forced the national president of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Emeka to debunk the speculation.
Also joining the fray of those debunking the rumour and condemning such act is another veteran actor, Chiwetalu Agu.
Expressing his anger over rumour that his colleague Zack Orji is dead, Agu said God’s wrath would visit those wishing the ailing movie star dead.
In a video uploaded recently on his Facebook account, Chiwetalu Agu urged his followers to disregard the rumour.
He said in parts: “Please I urge each and everyone of you to disregard or shun any post saying that our own veteran actor Zack Orji is late, it is nothing but a rumour and my prayer is that may anybody who has a hand in spreading such rumours face the wrath and anger of God. Amen.”
Zack, 64, slumped on December 29, 2023 and was admitted to the intensive care unit of the National Hospital in Abuja, before he was transferred to a private hospital for surgery.
