Apple Music has released its 2025 Replay year-end rankings, revealing Wizkid’s Morayo as the most-streamed album across Sub-Saharan Africa.
The annual list, published on Tuesday, highlights another dominant year for Nigerian artistes on the global streaming platform.
Wizkid’s Morayo, which dropped in November 2024 and has since received widespread acclaim, secured the No. 1 position. Davido’s 5ive followed closely in second place, reinforcing the strong presence of Nigerian music on the chart.
The upper portion of the 22-album ranking also featured several major Nigerian projects. BNXN’s Captain, Burna Boy’s No Sign of Weakness, and Olamide’s self-titled Olamide album claimed positions four, five, and six respectively.

Rapper Odumodublvck achieved an impressive milestone by landing two albums on the list — The Machine Is Coming and Industry Machine — further cementing his growing influence on the music scene.
Other notable entries included works from Kizz Daniel, Seyi Vibez, Famous Pluto, Ayo Maff, Fola, Zinoleesky, and Barry Jhay, showcasing the continued rise of Nigerian stars regionally and beyond.
