The issue of treating her husband as a mere guest at her mother’s burial might linger a bit for Nollywood actress, Wunmi Ajiboye.
However, she has issued a statement correcting many misconceptions.
But then, despite the backlash from fans and followers on how she treated her husband, Segun Ogungbe, some videos surfacing online revealed that Nollywood actor/producer actually made a grand entry into the venue of the party marking the final burial of his mother-in-law in Oshogbo.
In the video, Segun was welcomed by some Nollywood actresses who are good friends of Wunmi Ajiboye.
Sauntering into the hall, Segun, who came early, was welcomed by Faithia Balogun and Dayo Amusa.
Ogungbe, who is married to two wives, was ushered to a seat by those present. Though his wife wasn’t present, she must have made sure that he had the bottle green Aso ebi (uniform) for the general public.
The other mint-green aso ebi must have been for her Very Important Guests including MC Oluomo, his entourage and then some other top personalities in the hall.
Recall that Wunmi issued a statementwhere she made everyone realize that she spent seven years in planning er mum’s funeral and that the party wasn’t sponsored by Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo.
