Nigerian transgender personality Daniel Anthony Nsikan, better known as Jay Boogie, has urgently appealed for help, stating that he is in a critical condition and experiencing health deterioration.
The plea came on Friday, shortly after Jay Boogie disclosed that both of his kidneys have failed, and he is in need of a kidney transplant. The distressing message was shared by a friend, Kimberly Momo, who posted a video of Jay Boogie on his hospital bed.
In a caption on the story, Jay Boogie wrote, “I’m dying. You all please help me.”
Further elaborating on his health struggles, Jay Boogie revealed that he has undergone plasmapheresis, a medical procedure involving the removal, treatment, and return of blood plasma from blood circulation. Despite these efforts, his health remains unstable, and test results indicate a deterioration in his condition.
On October 31, 2023, Jay Boogie’s life took a turn, leading to struggles with acute kidney injury and other health challenges.
“I honestly need sincere and genuine help,” he expressed in his appeal for assistance.
