Actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has disclosed her several attempts to get pregnant and how she lost a recent pregnancy to miscarriage.
The mother of one, who is married to colleague, Kola Ajeyemi, made this known in a recent interview with media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on the Rubbin’ Minds show which airs on Channels Television.
Toyin Abraham, whose son, Ire, is over three years old, opened up on the recent miscarriage she had and also explained how fans/followers constantly apply pressure on her to have more kids.
When asked if she planned on having more kids, Toyin, who just returned from a vacation in Canada with her family said, “Yes, I was actually pregnant but I lost it. It’s fine, you know most times they don’t even know what happens because then I just wanted to have one or two more kids and then I’m done. Then, because then I was so bloated, everybody will just keep saying, ‘you are too fat, look at your husband; your husband is young.
“But they don’t understand. So when they say all these things, I’m used to it, so once you keep going and I’m not okay with your comment, I block you.”
Toyin is married to actor Kolawole Ajeyemi, they have a son named Ireoluwa who was born in August 2019.
Kolawole has a daughter Temitope from a previous relationship.
