Oloori Naomi Ogunwusi was one of the special guests who attended the baby’s naming ceremony of Kemisola Ogunniyi, the ENDSARS protester who gave birth in prison last week.
The queen brought gifts for the new mum and baby.
Though she was granted bail, Ogunniyi has not fulfilled the bail condition a court in Akure requested from her.
She would return to prison after the party.
On Tuesday, the Ondo State High Court sitting at the Olokuta Medium Prison in Akure, granted bail to Kemisola Ogunniyi, the teenager detained over EndSARS protest, who gave birth to a baby at the Surulere Prison in Ondo town.
Justice Omolara Adejumo granted the 18-year-old Kemisola bail in the sum of N10m and a surety in like sum.
The judge ordered prison authorities to bring Kemisola and her baby to her.
Kemisola was reportedly arrested in Akure and has been in prison custody since October 24, 2020, while going to a pharmacy to buy drugs for her mother.
She was arrested by the police with three others, who said they were part of those who burnt the office of the All Progressives Congress in the state about eight months ago.
Kemisola was reported to have gone into labour on June 15 and gave birth to a baby boy the following day.
