Gloom and mourning have taken over the Nollywood Yoruba genre just as the death of thespian, Murphy Afolabi was announced.
The father of one, who was confirmed dead on arrival at Jolad Hospital, Gbagada, Lagos was said to have fallen in his bathroom and sustained injuries before he was rushed to the clinic.
Born on May 5, 1974, in Osogbo, Osun State Murphy Afolabi was known for his impressive roles in movies.
Neither the family of the deceased or TAMPAN has issued any statement on this occurrence.
Meanwhile, the remains of the thespian will be taken for interment tomorrow, Monday May 15, 2023 in Ikorodu, Lagos
