Governor Abubakar Bagudu Of Kebbi State decided showing who a true leader is on Tuesday when he cleaned the metropolis in a fight against malaria scourge.
The governor led members of his cabinet to clean up drainages in Birnin- Kebbi, capital of the state.
The cleaning up of the environment is part of their effort to tackle malaria.
