Faith Oyedepo, wife of the presiding bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide aka Winners’ Chapel David Oyedepo, has penned a beautiful note on social media to celebrate his 70th birthday.
Sharing a lovely photo of herself and Oyedepo, she said on Friday that after several decades together her husband still captivates her heart like the first time they met.
“My darling Husband, Happy 70th Birthday to you. 7 decades later, and you still captivate my heart like the first time I met you. I love you with passion!” she wrote.
Oyedepo’s family, church and spiritual children have been celebrating him since the week began in anticipation of her 70th birthday.
Among those who partook in the celebration were Bishop David Abioye, Pastor Paul Enenche, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, Pastor Arome Osayi and Nathaniel Bassey.
Oyedepo’s daughter Joys Abodunrin has also turned a year older like him.
Celebrating her on Instagram, her mother wrote, “I give God all the glory for keeping you alive and well to see this new chapter of your life. It is my prayer that as your days are, so shall your strength continue to be.”
Oyedepo and Faith got married on August 21, 1982.
This year, they celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary.
The couple said in a joint Instagram post that they were grateful to God for bringing them this far.
“Today is our 42nd wedding anniversary! It has indeed been from glory to glory. We give God all the glory for how far He has brought us and for how far He is taking us. To God alone be all the glory!” They wrote.
Their children and in-laws also celebrated them on social media.
Oyedepo and Faith have four children together – David Jnr, Isaac, Love and Joys.
