Exactly a month after the remains of actress, Toyin Majekodunmi aka Iya Kike was interred, another Nollywood actress, Modupe Oyekunle died on Tuesday, April 4 in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
She died during childbirth.
Late Modupe Oyekunle popularly known as Oyinbo due to her fair complexion, was said to have given birth to the baby, a girl, before giving up the ghost. She played the character of Sandra in Segun Ogungbe’s blockbuster movie, ‘Ibi Giga’ among other movies she acted in.
She was a member of Igi Aloye caucus in Abeokuta which produced Odunlade Adekola.
She is survived by husband, three children and parents.
