A Lagos State High Court has temporarily prohibited Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin from sharing or publishing photographs of Rakeem, the son of actress Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, across her social media platforms.

The interim order was issued on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026, after Priscilla, Juma and their son approached the court.

Priscilla brought attention to the development on Friday by posting pages of the court document on her Instagram Story.

The order prevents Anjorin from posting, uploading, circulating, broadcasting or otherwise distributing photographs of Rakeem through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok until the applicants’ Motion on Notice is heard and determined.

The court also directed the actress to refrain from publishing editorials or other material relating to the applicants on her social media accounts.

Among the accounts identified in the order as allegedly connected to Anjorin are @lizzyanjorin_originallawal, @lizzyanjorin_original, @lizzyanjorin_legal_mrs lawal, @yeyemesho_luxuryfabric1 and Lizzyanjorin2 on Facebook.

The order also mentioned @lizzyanjorin_soyoyo in relation to the restriction on editorials concerning the applicants.

The proceedings were conducted ex parte, meaning the application was considered without Anjorin being heard at that stage. The restrictions are therefore interim and will remain subject to subsequent proceedings and the determination of the substantive application.

The court further instructed that the case file be returned to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for reassignment to the appropriate division.

Signed by Legal Registrar Omokhudu Umahoin Onivenu, the order stated: “Orders are granted as prayed thus”.

It also stated: “The case file is hereby remitted back to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for Re Assignment to the appropriate Division of the High Court.”

Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala was born in Canada on August 24, 2025, to Priscilla and Juma Jux. He celebrated his first birthday on August 24, 2026.

The court case is linked to the prolonged social media dispute between Anjorin and Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla’s mother.

Anjorin has made various allegations against the Ojo family during their public dispute. In recent claims involving Rakeem, she alleged that he was not Priscilla’s biological child and claimed that he was brought from Kenya. There has been no independent confirmation of the allegation.

Iyabo has previously accused Anjorin of directing death wishes and curses at members of her family, including Rakeem.

The interim order does not rule on the allegations made by either party or determine their veracity. It simply restricts Anjorin’s specified social media activities while the applicants’ Motion on Notice awaits hearing and determination.
