Nana Otedola has revealed that she initially had mixed emotions when she discovered her daughter, Temi Otedola, was expecting her first child with singer and businessman Mr Eazi.
Speaking during a conversation with the couple, Nana said her concern was largely influenced by Mr Eazi’s career, noting that his frequent travels for work made her fear Temi could end up handling motherhood alone.
Drawing from her own experience, she explained that she spent a significant part of her children’s upbringing raising them by herself and hoped her daughter would have a different experience.
“When you got pregnant, I was scared because Tosin works in the entertainment industry and travels a lot. I spent most of my parenting years raising my children on my own, and I didn’t want my daughter to go through the same thing. I was worried she’d be left at home alone with the baby.”
She also admitted that the pregnancy came earlier than she had expected, saying she believed the newlyweds would spend more time enjoying married life before expanding their family.
