Fresh reports have emerged following the alleged assault of former Big Brother Naija star Ilebaye Odiniya, who recently cried out for help during an emotional Instagram Live session.
The reality star had earlier alarmed fans after appearing in a viral video with visible injuries while pleading for assistance. During the livestream, a man believed to be her father was allegedly seen attacking her.
“Nigerians help me, I need to go. I need to leave this house, I’m being locked up. I’m tired of assault, please come and help me,” she said in the video.
New details circulating online claim that the incident happened during a visit to her father’s residence, where she had reportedly gone to check on her younger brothers.
Sources alleged that Ilebaye became concerned after hearing claims that the children were not receiving proper care.
Reports also suggested that her mother had left the marriage in 2024 alongside her daughters after allegedly enduring years of domestic violence, while the boys remained with their father.

It was further alleged that police officers responded after the incident was reported, but were unable to gain access to the property.
