Nollywood star Faithia Williams and her siblings have laid their late mother to rest in an emotional ceremony attended by family members and close associates.
The burial comes shortly after a wake-keep service was organised in honour of the deceased. During the gathering, the Yoruba movie actress became overwhelmed with emotion. In a video that surfaced online, Faithia was seen breaking down in tears while her sons stepped in to console her.
Photos currently circulating on social media from the burial show the actress standing with her siblings beside their mother’s coffin as they paid their final respects. The atmosphere at the ceremony was solemn as the family said their last goodbye.
The heartbreaking loss occurred last month, just a day before Faithia’s 55th birthday celebration.

Speaking about the painful moment, the actress revealed that she was still struggling to come to terms with the loss, noting that her mother played a very special role in her life.
The burial marks the final stage of the family’s farewell to their beloved mother.
