Veteran Nollywood comic actor Wale Akorede, popularly known as Okunnu, has hit back at Olasco Films after the movie marketer labeled him an ingrate.
The dispute stems from a 16-year-old debt, with Okunnu claiming he produced and directed a movie for Olasco Films but never received his rightful share of the earnings. The actor has made it clear that the matter is far from forgiven.
In an interview with Tunde Ola-Yusuf, Olasco Films accused Okunnu of ingratitude, insisting that he had provided N2 million to fund the production of the movie.

My silence for 16 years is coming soon,” he wrote, signaling the end of his long period of restraint.
The exchange has reignited attention on the long-standing financial disagreement, with fans closely watching for Okunnu’s next move.
