The trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, in a suit of assault and battery filed by musician Ogbogiri Okey Levi (aka Kraziecent) has been adjourned to April 8, 2026 for hearing at the FCT High Court, Life Camp, Abuja.
The proceedings could not take place on Tuesday due to ongoing renovations in the courtroom. Both the claimant’s lawyer, Uchenna Ojembe, and Odumodublvck’s counsel, Taiwo Akinsulie, were present and agreed on a mutually convenient date to resume the trial.
Kraziecent had filed the civil suit, alleging that Odumodublvck violently assaulted him during a public event in December 2024. The musician claimed that while he was peacefully taking pictures and videos, Odumodublvck attacked him without provocation.
He further stated that the assault caused emotional distress and resulted in the intentional damage of his iPhone 15 Pro Max.

In the suit, Kraziecent is seeking a court order directing Odumodublvck to cover his medical expenses and to pay N2 billion in damages. Additionally, he is requesting that the rapper issue a public apology across all his social media platforms and in two national newspapers, among other claims.
The adjournment gives both parties time to prepare for the continuation of the trial in April.
