Nollywood actress and filmmaker Peggy Ovire has addressed the accusations of physical assault made against her by fellow actor Taye Arimoro, firmly dismissing them as untrue.
Responding to the ₦100 million lawsuit filed by Arimoro, Peggy stated that the allegations brought against her are “materially false.”
In a legal statement, the actress alleged that it was actually Arimoro who turned violent on set. She claimed he assaulted the production manager and later attacked her driver, who, according to her, bled from his ear and nose as a result of the incident.
