Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has left fans deeply concerned after sharing an emotional video where she broke down in tears, revealing she is struggling to cope with ongoing family issues.
In the clip, posted on her Instagram Story early Friday, the actress appeared distraught as she opened up about her emotional state, saying she felt overwhelmed and on the verge of losing control.
“I tried. I feel like I’m going crazy, I’m losing my mind, and it’s not making any sense. I’m really crying in front of everybody,” she said tearfully.
Her emotional outpour came barely a day after she celebrated the reunion of her long-separated parents, describing their reconciliation as an act done purely for her happiness.
“Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness,” she wrote in a post on Thursday.
Daniels explained that her parents are currently in Abuja, working together to secure the release of her brother, Sammy, who has reportedly been in detention for several days.
“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long, but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!” she vowed.

Another video shared by the actress showed Mercy Johnson searching for Sammy. In the clip, Johnson could be heard saying, “He’s not here,” before leaving to continue her search elsewhere.
Still in tears, Daniels expressed exhaustion and hinted at returning to her husband’s home, saying she could no longer bear the situation.
“But please, what am I even begging for? I don’t know. Do you guys think it’s easy? Every time I wake up, I say one thing — oh my brother, today I hear good news, he’s about to be free, then tomorrow I hear another thing. Like, what’s the problem? But I’ve tried. I have to go. I will go back,” she said.
Her emotional breakdown comes just weeks after she hinted at facing domestic violence in her marriage. On October 18, a viral video captured Daniels crying and saying, “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing. But in my house, I am a queen. Not again. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much.”
Her husband, Ned Nwoko, denied the accusations, alleging that her behavior was influenced by “drug and alcohol abuse” and that she needed rehabilitation.
Earlier this week, Daniels also pleaded with Nigerians to stop attacking her mother, describing her as her “pillar and protector.” She further spoke about her two sons, Munir and Khalifa, promising to raise them with or without support from her husband.
“I’m going to fight for my children. I’ll take them, train them, and raise them with or without your support,” she stated, adding that her family never approved of her marriage.
