Barcelona secured a crucial 2-0 victory over Las Palmas on Saturday, reclaiming the top spot in LaLiga after briefly losing it to Atletico Madrid.

Dani Olmo and Ferran Torres found the net in the second half, ensuring revenge for Barça after their shock home defeat to Las Palmas earlier in the season.
In a tight first half, Barcelona struggled to break down the hosts’ defense. However, manager Hansi Flick introduced Olmo at halftime, a move that quickly paid off.
Lamine Yamal set up Olmo, who displayed excellent footwork to open the scoring. Las Palmas pushed for an equalizer, with former Barça forward Sandro Ramirez coming close, but Barcelona held firm.
Ferran Torres sealed the victory in stoppage time after capitalizing on a defensive error, firing past Jasper Cillessen to secure the three points.
With this win, Barcelona sit one point ahead of Atletico Madrid, while champions Real Madrid can draw level on points with them if they defeat Girona. Meanwhile, Las Palmas remain 17th, level on points with Valencia in the relegation zone.
