Wasiu Ayinde’s Babaymama, Bisola Badmus Reveals She’s Battling With Brain Disease

Nothing has been heard about her lately and this got some of her fans worried.

But Nollywood actress, Bisola Badmus took to Instagram on Monday to disclose the health challenge that kept her off social media for over a year now.

Describing the disease encephalopathy, it is a group of conditions that cause brain dysfunction. Brain dysfunction can appear as confusion, memory loss, personality changes and/or coma in the most severe form.

The Yoruba movie star revealed this in an Instagram post on Monday while celebrating her birthday.

Bisola said her health issues forced her to stay off social media for a long time but she is back to celebrate her new age in “sound health.”

She wrote: “Thank you Lord for another amazing year to celebrate my new age in sound health. Over a year now have been battling with health issues hmmm(Encephalopathy ) I can’t even wish my enemy such an illness it was a tough one indeed a tough one.

That made me to stay off social media for a long while now.

In btw I lost my precious mother. Unquestionable God I thank you for everything particularly for me to witness yet another birthday of mine..I say thank you for keeping me alive till this moment bcos if not for God Almighty where would I have been ni tooto olohun ni OBASETANMAKUSIBIKAN.”

The actress further thanked her family, friends and colleagues for their support.

I will be an ungrateful soul if I fail to appreciate the amazing people that stood by me during the challenging period. My family and friends, My colleagues in the Movie industry and business associates, the brands I represent…Eshey modupe gidi gan oooo. Thank you all once again May we all live long on earth. Happy Birthday to me once again ADUNNI,” she wrote.

The actress lost her brother Ismaheel who died on August 13, 2021, a day after celebrating his birthday.

In May 2020, Bisola announced the death of her father.

Bisola Badmus has a son with Fuji Musician, Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as K1 de Ultimate, and the eight-year-old boy is named Prince Abdul Malik.
