Desola, the pretty wife of Nollywood star, Kunle Afod has opened up on her marriage and her experience as a celebrity wife.
To Desola, who has fought tooth and nail to keep her home intact, the years of marriage to Kunle Afod has not been an easy ride.
According to the mum of four, despite all the odds, she is happy and not ready to seek divorce.
Speaking at the 50th birthday party held in her husband’s honour in Lagos, Desola also thanked her husband for not being violent.
Recall Desola fights with trolls on social media especially those who remind her that her husband is a womanizer and that he has kids from other women.
She said, “My marriage to Kunle Afod hasn’t been easy. Anyone married to actors would attest to the fact. I just made up my mind since I got married to him that I wouldn’t opt for divorce. Also, he doesn’t love violence. He is one man who allows me to be me. Any man who allows his wife to be who she wants to be is a real man. That I am known today as celebrity wife is because of this man. Thank you so much.
Kunle and Desola are blessed with four children.
