In the face of rampant rumours of infidelity, Nigerian socialite and nightclub entrepreneur Cubana Chiefpriest has defended famed singer-turned-politician Banky W.
The rumours, which purportedly include Banky W and Niyola, his former signee, have recently caused a social media frenzy.
Just hours after Banky W publicly declared his unshakable love for his wife, Adesua, by tweeting a photo of the two, Cubana Chiefpriest rushed to social media to quickly address the fidelity rumours.
In response to the viral incident, Chiefpriest offered his support to Banky W and made fun of people who were trying to weaken their close relationship.
Chiefpriest gently admonished the critics, stressing that the truth could never come from darkness, saying that it is impossible for anyone to destroy what they did not make.
He exhorted them, with a hint of irony, to change their emphasis from trying to destroy marriages to allowing them to flourish.
He wrote;
“So funny how people feel they can destroy what they did not make. Truth can never come out from darkness. Just look at what you want to destroy. Wicked broken, single urchins, let marriages breathe.”
