It’s official! The Ghanaian couple, whose pre-wedding photos
of the man lifting his fat-shamed bride went viral on the Internet, is now married. Former Miss Abena Mzznaki Tetteh, a nurse, married Kojo on
Saturday June 25, 2016 in Accra Ghana.

The excited husband, Kojo, has posted a Thank You message on
Facebook:

“Words are not enough to express our gratitude to you all
because we wouldn’t know where to start from because there are so many things
we couldn’t have done without your help and prayer. Thank you and God bless you
all for your love and support.”

The traditional wedding held last Saturday,
June 18, 2016 in Accra, Ghana. On Wednesday June 22, she had a bachelorette
night with friends who organised a surprise bridal shower for her.They are currently honeymooning at a hidden
location but some couple of minutes ago, Kojo posted a picture of him plaiting
his wife’s hair while cruising on a yatch. He posted: “Just the 2 of us so I had to help
wifey fix her hair. Coded location.” (sic)
