The remains of former beauty queen and event planner, Ibidunni Ituah Ighodalo would have been buried by now.

The funeral rites which kicked off on Wednesday with a Candlelight service witnessed some gospel artistes—Tope Alabi, Tosin Martins, Buchi, Sammie Okposo, Efe Nathan and a host of others performing.

By Friday, in Lagos, a night of tributes held wherein the late boss of event planning company, Elizabeth R, was paid glowing tributes  by many celebrities which included the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Mr Babatunde Fashola and many more.

It was an emotional and powerful night as family and friends of late Ibidun Ajayi-Ighodalo converged to sing hymns, psalms and light candles in her honor. Recall that Ighodalo, died in the early hours of Sunday, June 14 in a hotel in Port Harcourt from a suspected heart attack.

The interment which takes place at the Ebony Vaults and Gardens, Ikoyi Lagos is said to be a private event.

M.I.C, the funeral palour which took over the interment ceremony had pall-bearers dressed in tuxedo.

Known for flowers and unique decorations, its no surprise that floral decorations dotted Ibidun’s burial rites..
