Former Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi, on Friday evening departed Awe, Nasarawa State with Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai.
The duo according to a tweet on Friday by Mr El-Rufai are headed for Abuja.
A Federal High Court in Abuja had on Friday issued an interim order for Sanusi’s release from confinement.
Sanusi was taken to Nasarawa after being dethroned on Monday.
