This is her second trip to Turkey for her birthday.
The Nollywood actress, Faithia Balogun, who has been in the news since Wednesday when she celebrated her 51st birthday, shunned whatever misgivings Iyabo Ojo had about their first trip to Turkey in 2018 and she is back there again.
This time, she was joined by actress, Tayo Sobola aka Sotayo.
An excited Sotayo wrote, “So i turned up for @faithiawilliams with @billyque_b 👌”
Recall that Iyabo Ojo had called out Faithia Balogun and tagged her as a witch, a betrayer and an ingrate for squealing to the press the news of her cosmetic corrective surgery.

Meanwhile, pretty Sotayo and Faithia have become friends lately. Though older, Faithia has always been a friend to younger colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry.
Though she seems to have parted ways with Iyabo Ojo, Faithia, a divorced mum of two, is very much in friendship with Dayo Amusa.
Sotayo is her recent friend in the industry and the two have been seen hanging together.
Faithia’s birthday on February 5, witnessed a series of drama with Iyabo Ojo calling her out.
Taking to Instagram, Sotayo shared photos of her trip to Turkey, where a party took place to celebrate Faithia’s birthday.
However, in 2018, Iyabo Ojo and Faithia were in Istanbul, Turkey to celebrate Faithia Balogun’s birthday which was organised by one of their male admirers.
Then, Iyabo had a corrective cosmetic surgery in Istanbul that went awry!
“Iyabo passed out on after the surgery and was in coma for five days! It was horrible! Friends and some colleagues in the know started praying for her recovery. But God intervened and she came to,” a very close friend of hers revealed exclusively to Kemiashefonlovehaven.
The two friends were said to have had a strain on their friendship since then because Iyabo Ojo believed Faithia was the only one who knew about the surgery and squealed to the press.
Neither did Faithia bother to check on Iyabo’s welfare afterwards.
Its obvious Iyabo is set to wage a war and she has even organized a party for Saidi Balogun which held this weekend in her lounge in Lekki, Lagos.
